The service

Kin Saga generates comic-style stories and artwork from the creative inputs you provide, using AI. Generated content is created on demand and may vary between generations. The service is provided for personal, family entertainment.

Purchases & subscriptions

• In the iOS app, your first comic is free. The iOS app offers auto-renewable subscriptions — Kin Saga Monthly ($7.99/month) and Kin Saga Yearly($59.99/year) — which unlock every comic and the app's full features.
• Alternatively, a one-time Comic Unlock purchase ($2.99) unlocks a single comic of your choice permanently on the device it was purchased on. Comic Unlocks are consumable purchases tied to that device and are not restorable across devices or reinstalls.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. After any free trial, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your content & conduct

• You retain your rights in the creative inputs you provide. You may use the comics generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• If your creative inputs describe real people (for example, members of your family), you confirm you have their permission — or, for children, the permission of their parent or guardian — to use those descriptions in your saga. Don't base characters on celebrities, public figures, or people (or other people's children) who haven't agreed.
• You grant us a narrow license to process the descriptions you provide solely to generate your saga's stories and artwork — nothing else.
• Don't use Kin Saga to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, deceptive, harassing, or harmful, or that misrepresents a real person, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• We may throttle or suspend use that abuses the service or circumvents its limits. You are responsible for, and agree to indemnify us against, claims arising from inputs you did not have the right to provide.

AI-generated content

AI-generated stories and artwork are produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated content. They are provided for entertainment and "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
